This workshop is a nature-inspired workshop that hones in on the use of nature’s medicine, houseplants, and herbs (medical and culinary) as intentional acts of self-care. Self-love is the foundation of healing, and incorporating nature into the journey aids in grounding us, rooting us in intentionality, and uplifting our spirits as we welcome change and growth. During this workshop, you will learn how to choose plants that speak to who they are, grow herbs in your kitchen, and incorporate daily self-love acts that connect them to nature even during the winter. It’s an interactive workshop that allows for Q+A, sharing, and communal healing. There will also be a guided meditation to nourish and restore.
