Today, Women Of Color Healing Retreats will be a hosting a Healing Restorative Yoga & Journaling Workshop with special host Nzingah.
🌹In this Healing Restorative Yoga & Journaling Workshop, you will have a very gentle yoga and meditation session that will help you set the week's tone. You'll be able to start the week off on the right start. You'll also get a moment to disconnect from the noise going on in the world today. There will be a guided meditation and journaling session at the end of the workshop. Restorative Yoga is a form of slow, gentle yoga with passive restorative yoga poses to open the body, quiet the mind, and move into a deep sense of relaxation. You do not need any experience in yoga to participate.🌹
