Today! Black Women Healing Retreats will be hosting an Elemental Healing For Self-Love Workshop.
Elemental Healing For Self-Love workshop taps into the healing wisdom encapsulated within the Earth's five elements to generate an abundance of self-love. Constructed from the combination of psychology, including gratitude work, the vitality of Nature, affirmations, and movement; with spiritual practices. This workshop will include guided meditation, breathwork, sound bowl energy frequencies, and crystals. This workshop posits that using ancestral tools to strengthen our innate relationship with mother Earth functions as a stepping stone in our journey toward self-love.
Join us as we connect with fire, air, water, spirit, and Earth to reconnect with Nature's power and the power within. Please Bring the Following Materials: Vessel of water Clean drying cloth Incense and/or candle Firestick Journal + writing utensil Earth element (something from Nature e.g., twigs, fallen leaves, a stone, soil, etc.) If you don't have all of these things, bring what you have if you can. Sis, it's time to heal your inner child and bring some peace, and sisterhood into your life. There's nothing like communing with women who are working towards being a better person than they were yesterday. Grab a cup of tea, find a quiet place in your home and take a moment from the world's noise and connect! |
